Is free really free?
Don’t you hate it when you download a piece of software which is advertised as FREE … only to find out after downloading and installing that it’s absolutely useless unless you sign up and pay!
Well we don’t like that either… so that’s why the free version of our app really is free. And even without a premium subscription you’ll find that the free version is adequate to organise your window cleaning rounds well.
When you download the app you’ll automatically be on the free version. If you wish to subscribe to premium you can do this in the ‘Subscriptions’ section in the ‘More’ view. Our premium subscription is very reasonably priced and we’re sure that when you see what’s included you’ll decide that it’s well worth investing in. There is also a 90 day free trial so you can try the features out before you pay for them.

What are the benefits of a premium subscription?
With a premium subscription you get accessed to a few areas of the app that are locked to a free account.
First you get access to the in-app messaging system. This includes templates which allow you to quickly and easily communicate with your customers. You can send group messages to multiple customers and individual messages such as payment reminders. There are personalised templates which allow you to compose a message with personal details in just a matter of seconds.
Secondly you get access to the app’s ‘Calendar View’. This is exactly what it sounds like, a calendar view with both an overview and also a detailed breakdown of work you’ve done and payments you’ve received on previous days, as well as an overview of work that is due in the coming days and weeks. It’s a powerful tool for both viewing your history or work and payments received as well as planning ahead for work that is due.
Last but not least, you get access to the apps invoicing system. When you mark a customer as ‘done’ and press the invoice icon the app will generate an invoice for the service you’ve provided, which you can then share with the customer. You can also generate and share receipts for payments, and statements which include a mixture of ‘services’ and ‘payments’. How much is a premium subscription?
There are a couple of options to pay for a premium subscription. If you want to pay monthly the cost is £2.99/month, and if you want to pay annually the cost is £32.99. Both options include a 90 day free trial, so you have plenty of time to try out the premium features and see if you like them before you have to start paying.
